Individual Care and Support
We pride ourselves on the personalised care we offer. Our tailored approach ensures that each student’s unique needs are met. We are here to help you navigate the training system effectively, addressing any issues that may interfere with your education.
You will be paired with a consistent case manager who will coordinate all the needed services, liaise with your Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and external agencies, and advocate to ensure you can access every available support.
Comprehensive Support Services
Learner Support Services ensures students’ academic and personal journey is as smooth as possible. Our case managers work one-on-one with students, tailoring services to match specific needs. Some of the many ways we can offer support are:
Resources and Referrals: If students need to access services but lack the resources, we’ll find affordable and effective solutions and guide them to the best available options.
- Quick Response: We don’t believe in making you wait. We aim to respond within 24 hours, ensuring you receive timely support.
- Study Skills Development: Addressing academic challenges involves mentoring and equipping students with the necessary study skills to succeed in their courses.
- Community Resources: We help students obtain additional resources available in the community, providing a well-rounded ongoing support system.
- Transition Support: We understand that transitioning to new stages, like employment, can be challenging. Our support continues for up to 12 weeks following course completion, even if you didn’t use the services during your training.
Living Assistance: Beyond the Classroom
We understand that life has ups and downs, and sometimes these impact your studies. Our case managers offer extensive living support, addressing various issues from disabilities to mental health concerns, financial stresses, and accommodation needs. We help remove personal obstacles so you can focus on your studies and future aspirations.
