The path to achieving educational goals can be challenging, particularly for students encountering various life hurdles. At Enhance Training, we understand the importance of having support systems to help you succeed and are proud to offer Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS).
Funded by the South Australian Government, Success and Wellbeing Services is designed to offer individualised case management for students requiring additional help to complete their studies. We are an approved provider of these essential services, which assist in addressing barriers to education and ensure you thrive in your training and during your transition to the workplace.
How Does Success and Wellbeing Services Work?
Our dedicated SWS coaches work closely with you to assess your strengths, challenges, interests, and goals. Together, we create a support plan tailored to you that aims to overcome any obstacles you may face, whether personal, academic, or related to your future employment.
The objective is to keep you engaged throughout your study period and beyond. We offer support for up to twelve weeks after you’ve completed your qualification. This extended support can make a significant difference in ensuring a successful transition to the workforce.

Access Success and Wellbeing Services: Eligibility and Referral Process
To be eligible for SWS, students must be enrolled in a qualification listed on the Subsidised Training List (STL). This includes apprentices, trainees, school-enrolled students undertaking subsidised VET, and fee-for-service students in classes with subsidised students.
Students can be referred to SWS by their training provider or self-refer anytime. If you find it difficult to continue your training due to personal or learning challenges, you can request to be connected with an SWS coach for one-on-one support.

Success and Wellbeing Services are not confined to internal use at Enhance Training. They are available across various Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) throughout South Australia. This cooperative spirit means that you can access the support you need no matter where you are undertaking your training.
Continuous Engagement
The support doesn’t end when the training does. We provide ongoing assistance for up to three months after course completion, helping students transition into employment and navigate the challenges of their new roles.
