We congratulate Business Trainee, Hayden who has completed his Traineeship with Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO). Traineeships are the ideal way to commence a new career in any industry. Trainees are supported to succeed both with their study and within the workplace from many people including, peers, trainers, field officers and host supervisors. Trainees are the ideal way to build a skilled workforce for all businesses.
Enhance Training RTO 40387 was undergoing a process transformation and also growing which presented the opportunity for a trainee to join it's administration team. Hayden applied for the business traineeship which was advertised by Hessel GTO. He had experience with some previous study, retail, trades and the IT industry and was wanting to experience an office role to better understand the business environment. Following a recruitment process, Hayden was successful and commenced as an Administration Assistant while completing his studies through Qualify Training.

With regular check-ins with his Hessel GTO Field Officer, Bernie, Hayden remained on track and at some stages ahead in his studies with many skills crossing over to his role in the workplace.

With this kind of study, Hayden was able to share his new skills with his colleagues which further improved processes and procedures within the Enhance Training business.

Hayden now re-enters the workforce with a Certificate III in Business BSB30115, office and administration experience, confidence and a willingness to continue to learn and achieve.
