Early learning is a term we refer to now when we talk about childcare. Childcare is much more than a babysitting service; it's an opportunity to educate and prepare our little learners for school and beyond. It's the time to set children up for a life full of lessons and childcare has become responsible for laying the foundations for the next generation to embrace learning at all levels at all times.
There are so many opportunities to change the course of our careers, do something that interests us and provides us with a happy work and team environment.
In recent years, Enhance Training has welcomed enrolments from people commencing new career paths, changing direction from how their working lives originally started and different from their plans. We have seen people enrol for a course who are parents and grandparents, they have enjoyed the childcare experience with their own children or grandchildren and have decided that childcare is an attractive career option. These students come with invaluable life experience and enthusiasm to learn they have then been rewarded with job opportunities, flexibility and rewards to meet their lifestyle.
Enhance Training has always had many significant enrolments for school leavers and young learners enrolling in our Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Courses. Traditionally, childcare has been an attractive career path for young adults who are excited to work with children and continue their personal learning journey. While this group continues to enrol in strong numbers, it is starting to be matched by growing numbers of mature adults re-entering the workforce or changing their career paths.
Students who have started their Certificate III in ECEC CHC30121 are supported by industry-experienced trainers, fellow students and co-workers. Enhance Training will organise placement opportunities for students, which often leads to employment outcomes. Many of these students convert their placement opportunities into Part-Time or Full-Time jobs. Many students continue their learning journey by enrolling in the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care CHC50121, creating more career opportunities and pathways in the sector.
