Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) is offered by a network of providers including Enhance Training RTO 40387, it is an individualised support service that helps eligible students who are facing personal or learning challenges to manage these while studying so that they can successfully complete their training and transition to sustainable employment.
SWS is fully funded by the South Australian Government, Skills SA and Enhance Training is happy to provide the service to our students and those studying a course from the Subsidised Training List (STL) through any Registered Training Organisation in South Australia.
Azadeh and Cayetana are Enhance Training's Success and Wellbeing Services (SWS) Coaches. For eligible students, our SWS Caches are tasked with tailoring an appropriate learning plan and helping with strategies to overcome life's challenges.
Azadeh has a passion for people that lead her into the field of psychology and the study of human behaviour. With strong communication and organisational skills, she works with SWS students to set goals and map out achievable plans to attain them.
Andy holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Adelaide and is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association.
Andy has worked as a youth worker, disability support worker, positive behaviour practitioner and counsellor before taking on this role as SWS Coach. He is experienced in working with children and adult clients and assisting NDIS participants with community access, inclusion and skill development.

With the support of our SWS Coaches and our wider Enhance Training team, we are here to ensure our students thrive while learning and entering a new phase of their careers. We remain engaged through any job searching required and the first weeks of life in the work place. The tools SWS provides our students will remain with students for many years to come and they can be referred back on for guidance in the future.
