Life can be unpredictable, and various challenges like work, health, financial issues, and many others can make it hard to stay on your educational path. That's where we come in.
With LSS, you will receive personalised support to tackle any issues complicating your education. We aim to offer continuous care and support, ensuring you have the necessary assistance to stay on track and reach your goals.

Your training provider is your first point of contact for guidance. If further help is needed, our LSS offers free, confidential, one-on-one assistance with an experienced case manager.

Support isn’t just about dealing with immediate issues; it’s about empowering you for the future. Each session isn't just about resolving problems and building capabilities within you. Your case manager works hard to find ways to keep you in training, complete your course, or even transition to work if needed.
Sessions are one-on-one with the same case manager, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring you don’t have to retell your story. We'll provide services through our outreach programs if attending sessions is challenging.

LSS is designed for students facing significant barriers to their training. Whether you're falling behind or at risk of withdrawing, you can benefit from our services. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a qualification listed on the Subsidised Training List (STL), including apprentices and trainees, school-enrolled students, and fee-for-service students.
