As Hessel Group enters our 25th year in operation in South Australia proudly serving the community, Chief Executive Officer and Founder Tanya Cole has announced the appointment of Teresa Santillo to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Teresa has steered organisations to success within the commercial and non for profit service sectors leading teams to operational excellence across a range of diverse, complex and challenging portfolios including child protection, disability and refugee services. She is passionate about building a positive performance culture, lifting team capability and actualising individual's potential.
Teresa joined Hessel Group in 2019 as an experienced senior manager with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Teresa has succeeded in building and managing the subsequent growth of our Allied Health, Behaviour Support and Support Services which places her well to further her responsibilities in the organisation. Hessel Group's Allied Health, Behaviour Support and Support Services business today has 29 administrators, clinicians and therapists supporting over 300 clients.
As COO, Teresa now oversees the operations of Hessel Group to include Allied Health and Behaviour Support, Support Services, In Home Care, Enhance Training RTO 40387 and Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO). Teresa will also work closely with Finance, Recruitment, Administration, Quality and Marketing departments to support continued business growth and collaborate to strengthen organisational processes.
