POSTED ON November 9, 2022

Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO) Field Officer Bernie visited trainee Stacie at work at SACARE for the final time recently to congratulate her on completing her traineeship.

When I first met Stacie, she was extremely shy and reserved, however during our catch-ups I noticed her confidence grow not only on a personal level but within her work.  Stacie should be so proud of what she has achieved and I wish for what the future holds. — Bernie Crafter - Field Officer, Hessel GTO

As part of this traineeship, Stacie has completed her Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability (CHC33015) thro
ugh Enhance Training RTO 40387. She studied this one day per week while working with her host employer, SACARE four days a week, where she was able to grow in confidence and apply her new skills directly to the workplace

Charissa Ragas is the Supported Accommodation Manager of SACARE's Barton House, where Stacie was based, with the support of her and the team, they have helped Stacie by mentoring and guiding her throughout her Traineeship Journey. Stacie is happy to accept a position with her Host Employer at SACARE - Barton House.

Stacie has a great outlook on life. She has a bubbly and engaging personality. It was really apparent to me that she wanted the absolute best for all the people that she worked with. — Beth Christiansen, Trainer & Assessor
