Social Care is an essential services industry for now and into the future and Hessel GTO will employ trainees and place them in Early Childhood Education, Aged Care and Disability Support focused businesses. This sector offers sound career opportunities with training provided by registered training organisations (RTO’s) that deliver accredited qualifications for trainees.
Trainees' wages, superannuation, annual leave and administrative obligations are all the responsibility of Hessel GTO allowing our host employers time to focus on their business and their trainee’s on-the-job learning and development.
Hessel GTO’s Field Officers are dedicated to each host employer to ensure a smooth process and provide support through the traineeship. Coupled with the possibility to receive excellent government incentives and support now is the time for the Social Care sector to build a workforce pipeline by introducing motivated, skilled and eager trainees.
