As a valued Behaviour Support Practitioner with Hessel Group's Allied Health and Support Services for over 2 years now, Kelsey is passionate about supporting children with their developmental needs by improving their overall lifestyle to promote a more positive quality of life.
Knowing at school that she was wanting to pursue a career working with children, she undertook a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care course which set her on a learning journey that now underpins her career. Kelsey now holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Behavioral Science) majoring in Disability Studies and Developmental Education. She also completed the Registered Behaviour Technician Training as well as constantly pursuing professional development opportunities through the industry.
Kelsey currently works with families positively impacting their lives through her commitment to their children's development, social skills, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, trauma, mindfulness, communication and social inclusion strategies. She is a much valued member of the Hessel Group team with care and empathy for her colleagues.

Away from Hessel Group, Kelsey is an active member of the community with a strong support network of family and friends and loves to travel and see new sights. In winter, you will find her at the mighty Morphettville Park Football Club wearing the red and yellow vertical stripes playing footy with her team mates and in the 2023 season she has been one of the best players in her team. Understanding the importance of volunteering and how much local clubs depend on it, she also joined the club's committee which will provide her with valuable business skills and an even wider network.
