The flexibility of online study allowed Olivia to learn at her own pace, fitting her coursework around her part-time job and family responsibilities. As Olivia progressed through her aged care course, her confidence grew. She excelled in modules on disease management, learned how to assist clients with mobility challenges, and honed her communication skills to better interact with families and healthcare teams.
